single class or class pack refunds: All payments for classes and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. You hold the right to leave within the first 15 minutes of class and use that class at another time. You must notify the instructor before you leave the studio or you will not be issued a credit to use the class at a later time.
class passes: 5 and 10 Class Pack Series of are valid for 3 months starting the day of purchase. Unlimited and Class Packs cannot be used with further offers, discounts or be shared by anyone else.
punctuality: Out of respect for your teacher and fellow practitioners, and to keep the integrity of the practice, we will not allow entry to a class if you are more than 5 minutes late. We understand that Auckland is busy but we kindly ask you to honor this policy to avoid any upset. For busy classes we recommend booking online or showing up 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Online booking is available and we highly advise it, especially for classes at peak times e.g. weekends + evenings. Online booking closes one hour before the class starts.
For drop-in classes: if you do not show up for a preregistered class on time, you will forfeit your payment for that class.
For class packs: if you are 5 minutes late or do not show up for preregistered class, you will forfeit your payment for that class.
For unlimited class packs: if you are 5 minutes late or do not show up for a preregistered class, you lose one day off the end of your package for each class missed.
For memberships: if you are 5 minutes late or do not show up for a preregistered class, you lose one day off the end of your membership for each class missed.
There is an online early cancel option up to 1 hour before the start of the class. Thereafter your class is non-refundable and the above conditions apply.
If there is a waiting list for a class and you do not show up before the class start time, your reservation will be lost and given to the first person on the waiting list.
illness or injury
If you are on a class pack or monthly unlimited series we will only offer an extension if you present an official note on letter head from your GP with your illness or injury and length of time that you are unable to do physical activity.
Your membership start date begins the day you sign up for the membership. You will be charged on a regular monthly cycle on the same day of each month. For example, if you sign up on 14th April, you will be charged on the 14th of every month until your contract ends.
With an annual membership you can take as many classes as you want. The membership does not include workshops, courses or special event classes.
payment: You must pay for the first month up front. Thereafter your credit card, which will be stored securely, will be charged every subsequent month.
termination: You may terminate the agreement after the first four months of the contract. There is a $ early termination fee within the first four months. To end your contract early you must contact Evolve holistic fitness in writing 30 working days before your monthly start/charge date. The contract will terminate on your next Monthly Charge Date.
The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Should you wish to freeze the contract for one consecutive month, please give us 10 working days notice in writing before the start of your next month. It must be frozen as a solid month and may not for any reason be broken up into small segments of time. You will be able freeze one single month once in any given year. Your contract will continue rolling into the following months after the frozen month, and charged on its regular date.
Payment must be paid in full to reserve your space. Evolve holistic fitness is not responsible for airfare or complications with regards to travel or weather.
cancellations: If you choose to cancel 30 days or more prior to the retreat, your entire payment will be refunded, less a $ deposit. 30 days or less prior to the start of the retreat, payments are not refundable.
Returned merchandise, excluding yoga mats or opened products/packaging, will be exchanged for credit for items returned within 7 days with a receipt. Clothes must be returned unworn with the tags still on.
bookings for courses + workshops
cancellation policy: When booking a course or workshop, please be advised we will only be able to offer a full refund when cancelling more than 2 weeks (14 days) before the beginning of the event. If you cancel a course or workshop with less than 14 days notice, no refunds will be offered. In the case of a course or workshop being cancelled by us, a full refund will be offered, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value. No refunds will be offered the day before or the same day of the course or workshop.
bookings for “yoga”, personal assessments, treatments and private instruction
Evolve holistic fitness operates a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up, change your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full fee.
We offer a ‘love Evolve holistic fitness‘ loyalty card which allows you to obtain your 11th class free after attending 10 drop-in classes. ‘love Evolve holistic fitness ‘ loyalty cards do not apply to unlimited series, class packs or Community/Donation Classes. We will only offer a stamp when you present your card. No retroactive stamps.
